Production begins only after the digital mock-up is confirmed.

After confirmation, your order is carefully prepared and packed within 8–10 working days.

Once dispatched, a tracking ID is shared so you can follow your order’s journey.

Return & Exchange Policy
Nine Yards Later
At Nine Yards Later, we take great care in creating and packing every order. While we strive for complete satisfaction, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below.
Return Policy
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with the following terms:

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Returns and replacements are subject to approval after verification by our team.
Please note:
Our sarees are crafted using traditional processes. Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish are inherent to the product and shall not be considered defects. Such variations will not be accepted as a reason for return or refund.
For products purchased using affiliate discounts or vouchers, the return terms applicable at the time of voucher issuance shall apply.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may initiate a return as per the return policy and place a new order separately for the desired product.
Return Pick-Up Policy
To initiate a return request, please reach out to us on our email with the following details:

Additional guidelines:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

A basic quality check will be conducted at the time of pick-up. If the item fails this check, the return may be declined.

Please ensure secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 4 business days from approval of the request.
Once we receive the product and it passes quality inspection, the return request will be processed.
Cancellation of Return Request
A return request can be cancelled by reaching out to us on our email.
If the logistics partner arrives for pick-up and you decide to cancel, you may inform them directly at the time of pick-up.
Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refund processing time is up to 10 business days from the date the returned product is received and approved.

Once initiated, banks may take an additional 4–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Refunds will not be applicable if:

The product has been self-shipped and is lost or damaged in transit
