What products do you offer?
We specialise in custom gift packaging, including personalised gift boxes, saree covers, saree gift hampers, and curated gift sarees designed primarily for gifting.
Are your products customisable?
Yes. Names or short text can be personalised on select gift boxes and saree covers. Artwork and designs are fixed and cannot be altered.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
All orders are made-to-order and dispatched within 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation.
Do you offer ready-to-ship products?
Most products are made-to-order. Ready-to-ship options, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Can I choose the saree included in a gift hamper?
Yes. Where applicable, saree options are available on the Product page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted only in case of a verified manufacturing defect. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Are customised products eligible for return?
Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are digital and may be delivered to your registered email address after purchase.
